Permission is granted to temporarily use GitSecure™ for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in GitSecure™
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

GitSecure™ provides security analysis tools for GitHub repositories. The service scans repositories for dependencies, security patterns, and vulnerabilities. All scan data is stored securely in your PostgreSQL database and is not transmitted to external servers except for necessary GitHub API calls.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your GitHub OAuth tokens
• Ensuring you have proper authorization to scan any repositories you access
• Using the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the service to violate any third-party rights

5. Disclaimer

The materials on GitSecure™ are provided on an 'as is' basis. GitSecure™ makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall GitSecure™ or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on GitSecure™, even if GitSecure™ or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on GitSecure™ could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. GitSecure™ does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. GitSecure™ may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
